Our client, a leading automotive manufacturer in Electric 2&3 Wheelers offering continued renewable energy technology solutions through excellent customer service is seeking to recruit a Sales Supervisor.
JOB PURPOSE
As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising Sales Agents and Dealers to achieve and exceed sales targets set by the Area Sales Manager (ASM). You will play a key role in developing sales strategies, tracking performance metrics, conducting sales activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise Sales Agents and Dealers as assigned by the ASM.
- Achieve and exceed set sales targets.
- Develop journey plans for Sales Agents.
- Receive and report on sales, leads, and customer issues.
- Track and review sales performance metrics daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly.
- Organize and coordinate Sales Agents' daily BTL/Marketing activities.
- Collect and submit competitive intelligence and market trends.
- Drive sales uplift for assigned dealerships and ensure monthly growth.
- Conduct gate meetings with the sales agents and dealership teams and daily coaching with Sales Agents.
- Collaborate with ASM and customer service to enhance customer relationships.
- Responsible for training and shadowing of the sales agents.
- Conduct sales follow-ups and closings with Sales Agents.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND TRAITS
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Experience managing a team of Sales Agents for at least 2 years.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills to track and analyze sales data and trends.
